∞ Flow classes are the style of Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa is the connection of breath to movement, and creating a ‘flow’ with our mind, breath, and body. Vinyasa explores a variety of postures and encourages an increase in energy, strength and flexibility. The flow brings us to the present moment – resulting in feeling connected & inspired.
Δ VinYin is a combination of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. We explore the flow of Vinyasa for the first half of class, and move into Yin for the remainder. Yin yoga instils a deep relaxation into each pose, and encourages stretching of the connective tissue around the joints. Yin helps us in mindfulness, releasing tensions from the body, and heal from injury/stiffness.
◊ Meditation will be a short, guided meditative sequence. Meditation helps us in every aspect of life, the benefits are endless! Aspects such as anxiety, stress, sleep, concentration, emotional well-being & self-awareness all benefit from the art of Meditation.
$50 for 5 class pass, $80 for 10 class pass, $12 for casual class.
One-on-one class: $30 per hour
Couples: $50 per hour
