Dr Jane Chapman offers telehealth consults to anyone in Australia in compliance with Medicare rules and regulations.  

 

Medicare rebates are eligible to clients who have had ONE Face to Face visit to the clinic within a 12 month period. Otherwise please see the below. 

 

Dr. Jane Chapman integrates conventional medicine with herbal, nutritional, and environmental approaches. She focuses on identifying the root causes of complex symptoms and addressing health concerns at a biological level, often using functional testing and detailed result analysis.

 

Consultation Details:

• Initial Consultation: 30 minutes – $340 (Medicare rebate of $84.90, if eligible)

• Follow-up Appointments (excluding functional testing): 15 minutes – $120 (Medicare rebate of $43.90, subject to Medicare eligibility)

 

Dr. Chapman offers telehealth appointments; however, to claim a Medicare rebate, you must have seen her in person within the past 12 months. Therefore, the initial consultation must be face-to-face if you wish to access Medicare rebates for future telehealth appointments. If not claiming a rebate, you're welcome to book telehealth directly.
